Most Metro Phoenix homeowners are seeing their property values rising again. With changes that can be seen monthly, once again it’s become a more pleasant pursuit to check out websites showing comparable sales and home-price estimates.
Real-estate research firm Netvaluecentral has expanded and has a new site free to people who want to check out home values in Maricopa County. Find it at www.propertyvaluecentral.com.
By entering a property’s address, interested homeowners, sellers, shoppers and looky-loos can find out a house’s estimated value or monthly rental rate, recent comps, taxes and nearby foreclosures.
“And if the homeowner registers, we will e-mail them any changes in the neighborhood that could impact the value of their property,” said Dave Bignoli, Netvalue president. To help homeowners understand how to use the site, the company put together a video. Find it on YouTube by searching “HomeOwnerPVC”.
Netvalue is selling sponsorships of neighborhoods to real-estate agents. Bignoli said almost 150 agents have signed up so far to have their name and information come up for a Valley ZIP code, square mile or subdivision.
It costs real-estate agents about 15cents a home to sponsor a neighborhood.
